Any way I think the OP question has been answered. It depends on USCIS it seems they approves petitions any way they feel like it. We have no idea how they process these petitions, so it's any body guess. Some Philippines petitions get expedited and some don't. Who knows!!!

Prepare yourself for a long ride and if your petition get approved fast feel blessed!!!

Good luck!!!

Wow you guys are taken this to a new level. He was just asking a simple question and not to get a uproar over this posting. I filed in march and I also went thru the Texas service center. Yes there are still people that are being expedited in phil. What are rules, how are they getting it done, how do they decide is anyone's guess. They said you had to be affected by the typhoon but my fiancée wasn't so that wasn't a factor. There was people that filed the same time I did and they are still waiting and no they didn't get a RFE.

This is a very touchy subject but even if there was no expediting going on and phil was faster than Romania, Morocco, Britain or wherever it is still not the fault of the petitioner and you should take your anger up with your senator, congressman or who ever related to that country. I'm not pointing anyone out I just looked at all the countries that responded to this posting. Everyone has a right to their feelings no matter how long or short the wait is. We all have the same common goal here so lets be supportive.

I'm june filler PD june 2, 2014 i did not expidite and got approved on june 20,2014 you will get approved soon

You filed a CR1 and he is a K1 so its a little different road. As far a expediting goes its not something the petitioner does in this case, it has to do with USCIS and how they are doing things right now. They make that decision to whatever formula they use to push people thru the process.

To chill out ?! Think how do I feel when I see people who send way after us and they get the NOA2, after 2-3 week ?! its that right ?! NO ! And I still think if the America want to help Philipine so much they need to pull out the visas for them. Kudos

Yeah, you do. It sucks, it really does when someone gets theirs before you and you've been waiting a long time. But I don't have any hate or resent toward them because they got there faster. I'm happy for them. One more couple is that much more closer to being together. You knew when you signed up for this the system was rigged and unfair. You're so caught all up in your feelings. My time is coming, just as yours. The wait is long and hard, but the way our government likes to play games, you can't put it past them to pull something slick and put a few months on the back burner and get something more recent first. So again why are you mad at a poster questioning his chances of having his petition pulled faster when so many others with similar backgrounds are having a better wait time than most? Be mad at the system, not the reality and validity of his question when the evidence is so clear when you pull up the past history . . .

Read the topic question people... "Philippines".... Not trying to upset those that are trying to get a K1 Visa for someone in another country, but all you have to do is search the timelines and filter for TSC, Not Transferred & Philippines - you will see that the avg. time from NOA1 to NOA2 is currently 31 days. This average time may not apply to your country. For Philippines I think TSC is about as fast as CSC, or if not, it's close.

I wish everyone a speedy NOA2!

I was wondering, if anyone knows or can tell me where to find, any info on how long a time they would expedite for. This is Haiyan right, from December 2013?

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
