Are Philippine Filers still getting expedited?

To answer your question my fiancée was not affected by the typhoon and we were expedited and only took 2 1/2 months until we were able to schedule a interview but I have seen others who filed before me and even after me and they didn't get so lucky so I think its a hit and miss type of thing. Most of the philippines filer was expedite because of typhoon but I heard they already stop it.

WOW. You are so lucky. I have read some thread about expedited result if you're from Philippines and i am curious that's why i am making this thread to ask if it's really happen to most filers. It's better to become realistic and expect 3-5months or more of normal processing.. Hopefully ours will get expedited too. Thank you.

I believe most got expedited, but they stopped a while ago. As for our petition,

if you look at our time line, it took 5 months to get an approval. Good luck on the rest of your journey.

I don't recall seeing anything official saying that they stopped, but when I'm just browsing some timelines just to get an idea of how things are going, it seems to me that they are still be expatiated. But I could be wrong, it just seems that way to me . . .

It looks like they have processed most through March - except mine, of course - The average time for TSC for Philippines was about 31 days... Of course this is all based on self-reported data. It looks like they may have slowed down a bit. Looking at the timelines it looks like quite a few in April are now taking closer to 60 days, so maybe they have stopped expediting. I've been waiting 14 weeks, so 60 days would still be good, if you ask me.

I'Ve been looking at the timelines of Jan-March 2014 Filers some of them got their Approval fast. Maybe they have stopped expediting. 60 DAYS of waiting is not bad. I already prepared myself for a 5 months or more of waiting:)

I think they are still expediting cases from the Philippines, I might be wrong, try to check the timelines, some May filers got their 2nd NOAs a month after they filed it, others haven't receive it yet. You'll be fine Good luck!
