We submitted our AOS and supporting docs. to NVc last May 16 for me and my daughter.. Instead of recieving a complete status, we recieved an email stating that certain pages are missing or improperly filled (i think)..

How come those pages went missing if it's in one Enveloped separated by the a cover letter of each? We've been waiting for almost a year by July.. It's just so frustrating :( :'(

Date of Marriage - March 25, 2013

I- 130 filed - July 3, 2013

NOA1 - July 6, 2013

Case tranfered - November 26, 2013 (Texas Service Center)

If you were missing any pages, it would tell you which pages were missing, hence the [x] after "please submit all nine pages". Which you're not..

They checklist you for Part 3.

Item 7- The total number of immigrants listed in Item 7 must equal the number of immigrants listed in part 3, items 1 through 6.f. In addition, you must also verify that the total number of immigrants lsited in item 7 matches the number you entered in part 5 item 1.

16th May 2013- I-130 PD Date
30th Dec 2013- Transferred to TSC
13th Mar 2014- I-130 Approved
20th Mar 2014- Cased shipped to NVC.

NVC STAGE
--------------------------------
28th Mar 14 Case received at NVC
28th Apr 14 Case # & IIN assigned
13th May 14 AOS package scanned into the system
14th May 14 DS260 available/completed.
20th May 14 IV package scanned into the system

12th June 14 AOS checklist- NVC error-

13th June 14 Supervisor review, said she would remove it when spoke to her. (Up to 30 business days).

28th July 14 CASE COMPLETE!!!!

19th August 2014- Medical

5th September 2014- Interview @ London

05th Sep 2014-Interview

05th Sep 2014- APPROVED! Visa Status Issued same day!

10th Sep 2014- Visa in hand

18th September 2014- POE ORLANDO FL! DISNEY!! :dancing:

Yes, I do think we missed part 7.. Which is the Total number of immigrants being sponsored.. I am too pissed off a while ago to understand the email..gosh! I still can't believed that we missed that single part! (if it's really is it)

But we do have a question.. Do i still need to include my Daughter as another Family member being sponsored on my husbands AOS for me? We both have our own separate case# and everything.. We didn't include her on my previous AOS..

If he's sponsoring you, and another applicant then it would be 2.

The total amount of immigrants he's sponsoring. It will be needed on both of your I-864 form, even if you have separate cases.

But there's a note that says DO not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition..

My brain cells are shrinking already..LOL

So i have to check the Yes box for #1, and check again for #2..
