I got the email below from NVC. My aos documents aren't password protected. Anyone seen similar issue?

"We are unable to review your attached forms and documents because they are password protected. Please resubmit the attached forms and documents without password protection so we may review and process the documents."

yes - i have seen a similar situation.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

What did you use when you convert it to PDF?

Edit: Double check your pdf scan file...Open it from a different computer. Open it from a browser to double check. Also when convert it to PDF, try to not using the latest version. There are a few versions, 4-9 i think. Try to use 6? I'm a graphic designer and not all computer can open PDF version 9 or 8. Most 3D softwares only accept version 6, as an example why you shouldn't need to use the latest version. I hope this helps.

It's possible the files are too big and did not send correctly either but are stored on an Internet drive like google drive for example. Make sure they're small attachments. Your AOS likely will be more than one email or attachment.

What should I do in this case? I double checked the files and they aren't password protected.

test your files !

install IrFanView with the pdf viewer extension -

and if you cannot open it and see it there - you got a higher version of some pdf creator that NVC doesn't understand (yet).

But that's one suggestion. I've mentioned other pdf tools here, spread throughout the topic:

[well poo - cannot show you the url, as the advanced search tool is broken, at the moment] - maybe show you later - the tools i used were older, worked on an XP Pro box with older versions o software. No complaints from NVC about em either.

The files can't be that big. Overall the email size is just under 5MBs.

Thanks for the ideas. I will look into this.
