Hi folks

So I have my interview in about a week but I have one fear in my mind that since we have all the AOS supporting papers like TAX,IRS,,payment voucher and others asset papers of 2012 and not 2013 since we got these papers in march end from our joint sponsors So they didn't have 2013 tax papers yet So during the interview can it create any problem

Its is advisable to bring 2013 papers and tgey do not waive if you are not having it in interview. If you cant arrange everything then my advise is, keep ready tax transcript of 2013 of sponsor and joint sponsor. Thats most important in interview...Tax Transcript of recent year that is 2013.

Guys my petitioner was a student till now So she doesn't have any W2 and tax return.. She just have one tax return of 2010 of some 40$..other then that I'll be providing docs of the joint sponsor only.. Is that fine??

Your petitioner must provide a signed explanation letter why she wasn't able to file taxes from 2011-2013.

Thanks again for replying.. Now the thing is I'll get the recent docs of 2013 through mail from my joint sponsor but in the AOS its the 2012 details which are mentioned as they filled it in March end so would that work? They can't send me a new AOS now we have our interview on less then a week time

That's fine, no need for new AOS forms. They will look at the 2013 ITR and W2 to see if they still qualify as joint sponsor.
