It happens quite often. If you did not receive all the required vaccinations at the time of the K-1 medical and have them marked off on a properly filled out DS-3025, then you need to see a civil surgeon to get any missing vaccinations and have them all transcribed onto an I-693. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/428381-i-693-report-of-medical-examination-and-vaccination-report/?p=6206232

Juarez gave you vaccinations and a filled out DS-3025 for a K-1? They typically do not, which is why I am asking.

~ Moved from K-1 Process to AOS from Family Based Visas - topic is AOS, not K-1 ~

We just went through this. Had to call a few civil surgeons before findng one that was reccommended by a member here that does not charge an absurd amount of money. We had to drive two hours when the closest was just one hour but it was well worth the drive to have someone that knows what they are doing. Good luck!
