My fiancee just had her interview this morning. All went well except the interviewer did not accept the I-134, and I have to send another one. The one at the interview was typed by my lawyer and notarized, as far as I know it is an original. The embassy official says that I need to send an original, in blue ink, no copies. This seems a little strange to me, just because the lawyer typed it. So, beware. One more hoop to jump through and we have our visa.

The CO probably thought the black-ink signature was a copy and not the original document with notarized signature. Sounds like another "blue ink or black ink" thing!

Oh gees, now it has to be blue ink?

Every time I think I have everything ready I read about a consulate wanting more.

I'm going to the interview so I'm hoping this will faciliate everything - if they're missing something I can provide it right then.

Good luck!
