Hello All,

I am preparing my packet to mail to USCIS and have a clarification related to the following.

Original statements (from both the US Citizen and foreign fiance) certifying an intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US on a valid K-1.

1) Should the Original statement include Marriage location or Marriage Date?

2) Is it just each written statement on word document by both of us?

Appreciate anyone response.

Thanks in advance.

No need to specify the marriage date or location. You just need to indicate that you guys will marry within 90 days of [beneficiary's] entry to US. The example Letter of Intent here in VJ is a good template to follow. See here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples

Send 2 Letters of intent to marry: one from the petitioner and another one from the beneficiary.

For the initial petition (I-129f) make sure the LOI are signed and not copies. My fiancee, petitioner, also had her notarized though it isn't necessary.

For the visa interview at the embassy/consulate, bring updated LOIs, basically we just changed the date, printed and signed. The CO might request them though she did not request to see ours during the interview.
