I-134 Co-sponsor tax loss questions

Hi everyone,

My Fiancé is currently unemployed and his mother will be our co-sponsor. She's been employed for 20 years and has an annual salary of $30,700 and no dependants. We have 3 months of paystubs and a letter from her employer stating her salary and long standing job.

What brings me to start this new topic is about the tax returns. Her and her husband (my future FIL) file taxes jointly. The joint-filed 1040 for 2013 and 2012 show a tax loss due to his business credits (My future FIL).

On her own, she would not have a tax loss. Will this be an issue with the I-134? and more so, will this be a major issue for my adjustment of status and form I-864?

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview
