Hello!!!! would like to know how longer we need to wait the petition filed at nebraska and being transfered at california service center but haven't response from CSC,Can someone give an idea how long we need to wait to recieve NOA2....THANKS AND GOD BLESS

Just be patient, I know that is hard to do at this point, but get used to it because it takes a while to get thru this paper work. We received our NOA1 on Oct 11 and our NOA2 on Dec 26. We had no RFE or anything to hold it up. There was only one touch right after it was received in CSC. We filed thru Texas as per instructions and it was forwarded to CSC. It seems to be taking approx 2.5 months, if there are no problems with your file to get your NOA2.

I know it seems like an eternity waiting to be with the one you love, but that is the way it must be for a short time. Just hang in there and try not to get too anxious. It will come thru, it just takes a little more time.

You're a November NOA1er (one day before me, in fact!) so I'm guessing it'll be mid February at the earliest before we see an approval.

The bottom of your timeline should give you an 'estimated' date of approval as well.

Nobody knows.

However, the likelihood is that you are looking at waiting about another month or so. Usually takes between 70-90 days.
