My filing window opens in July, but I panicked last night after I received a notice from USCIS reminding me to file to remove conditions, so I have most of my "dossier" packet together and almost ready to go.

Please put my paranoia to rest =P

Here is a list of all the things I'm including in my packet:

I-751 + Check to USDHS (fully written out)
Copy of Permanent Resident Card
Copy of Drivers’ Licenses with same address
Joint Lease
Joint Bank Accounts
Joint Car Title
Joint Tax Return Transcripts 2012, 2013
Joint Auto Insurance
Joint Renters Insurance, 2014-2015
Joint Health Insurance (showing USC spouse as a dependent)
Joint Cellphone Bill (showing two lines with associated names)
Flight Itineraries x 4 (all overseas trips)
Photos (dated Nov 2012, Sept 2013, March-April 2014, May 2014, June 2014), with family/friends or on vacations.
Is this good?
Do the dates on these matter? Most show a "requested date" of June 23 (yesterday during my freakout)

Sounds great! To go along with the flight itineraries you might consider doing your passport photo page and the corresponding stamped pages.

Day 0 - 2 May 2012 Mailed AOS package overnight delivery
Day 139 - 17 September 2012 Interview & APPROVED on the Spot!! :)
Day 145 - 23 September 2012 Received Green Card!

ROC - Eligible June 19 2014

Day 0 - 18 June 2014 Mailed ROC package via 2 day priority

Day 42 - 29 July 2014 Approval and Card Production Email

Day 49 - 5 August 2014 Received Green Card

Thanks for the idea.

I was a little concerned that they wouldn't think the itineraries were fulfilled.

You have more than enough.

We got approved with less. We didn't include any Insurance docs, utility bills, flight itineraries or photos.

While preparing our application package earlier this year, I read an old thread from someone who has worked at the processing center and said that they pay no attention to the utility bills, photos, etc.

(But given the high volume of applications processed and the wide range of circumstances, maybe there are some specific circumstances where it helps?).

You should be all set!

Good luck!

Well, reading the pinned thread by Gary and Alla,

Good stuff

Joint bank accounts, joint tax returns, joint ownership of property, cars. Joint leases. Joint insurance. Named as beneficiaries on life insurance and medical insurance. Joint credit cards. Any other joining of financial interests (the theory is that if one is willing to risk your property and money the relationship is more likely valid) Government documents showing common address, drivers lisence, etc. Photos are good, kind of expected, but NOT primary evidence.

I didn't include utility bills, since they're all in my name, but I figured the cellphone bill couldn't hurt. The photos are clearly not our primary evidence, but now that you've mentioned this, I'm not sure if I should send them. They took our photos at the AOS interview, though.

Thanks though, good to know that we'll be pretty set.

Photos are not on top of the list, but during our AOS interview I felt like they offer a welcome break from otherwise boring paperwork.

Okay, so I've obtained a deposit account summary from my bank to use as my "statements", but I guess this isn't good since they want something to demonstrate 2 years?

It's stamped by the bank, but it really only shows our names on the accounts and not really that we've had the joint accounts for 2.5 years now.

Do they compare the 751 material to the 485 material?

I guess the question would apply to the insurance policies too. Do I have to show 2 years as well, for those?

No, you should assume the officer doesn't have access to your 485 material you submitted. If you can get period statements throughout the accounts history, that would be good. Doesn't have to be every month.

If you want to get a statement from any time period, you can walk into a branch of your bank and they will print it out for you, for free (usually)!

If you can show 2 years of insurance, that would be good, but if you can't, I wouldn't worry about it too much. You build things together as time goes on, that's natural.

I've printed out the cover page of my online bank statements starting Oct 2012, every 4 months :)

now I'm just trying to figure out prior years insurance.

They actually specify in on the i-751 instructions that they want transaction pages as well:

http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-751instr.pdf I think it's page #3 at the very top :)

Urgh, that's a LOT of paper and a LOT of personal/private information! That's why I rather not submit transaction history!

Thanks so much for the help though =)
