Hi hello my name is Deidre and I just got married. My husband want to start the process of applying for my green but we do know what first to do.

Filed: Timeline

File I 130 with MO or drafts for $420, both Birth certs, marriage cert

copy naturalization papers (if he's naturalized) copy of divorce decree

(if either of U been married B4) U can call 800# for immigration and have

forms mailed to petitioners house (This is for in or outside US)

Next step at NVC they will request other fees, photos & evidences
