hello. My wife lives in manila. I am in the USA right now and am thinking of moving to the Philippines for a year to be with her and do DCF.she does not have her Philippines passport yet, could some one tell me what type of identification she will need to get her passport

All the requirements are listed in the DFA website: http://www.passport.com.ph/requirements

If you guys are married, she will have to attend the CFO seminar first. Check out the notes for "Spouse of a Foreign national" on the link above for more info.

They have a list of acceptable IDs. They're pretty tough about it to. She'll also need to go to the CFO in order to get her passport in her married name, as she married someone from out of the Philippines.
