Need some advice about RFE response review!!!

Guys, Who knows within how much time USCIS will change our case status to (Request For Evidence Response Review)???? We sent them back Divorce Certificate which they need-June 18th by (2 days)express mail,the tracking number says it was delivered on June 20th! So My question is when they notify us that they got our papers?!!! We still can see Request For Evidence! I'm afraid they didn't open our letter and it can be lost over there!

For us it takes 3 weeks, just give them 2 more weeks.?

Imagine how much post they get every day... it may take them a week or 2 to open it then another week for it to get to the officer reviewing your case.

Give them a few weeks and try and relax

If you had RFE,of course they need to review the document you sent to them..for how long nobody will surely know..ours is my intent to marry letter and death cert.of my fiance wife ..yours is divorce cert.give them at least 3 weeks..?

Not possible. I sent my RFE reply USPS with Delivery Confirmation. The day after delivery was confirmed, USCIS posted "Request For Evidence Response Review". Stayed that way for almost 2 weeks, then last Friday, June 20, I received text message and email NOA2.

i found that we are RFE through online status by 13th of may then submitted it 22nd of may... i track it down and it was delivered by may 24 but no office every saturday and 26 is holiday so i assume they will got it and update in 27 of may...but they didnt update ours...our status case change into request evidence response by may 30... but when they update it..they still use the day that they receive it... just give it some time..

wwe are waiting case number and i keep calling and nvc says our case is not yet shipped to them and told me wait for 25 business days

Actually, thank God we received an update of our case last night,so now it exactly says (RFE response review). Now waiting journey continues....Keep my fingers crossed,hope to hear back from them)
