Hi guys...

Just wondering about what are the requirements for applying AOS after the marriage?

Is there any interview before the approve my AOS?

I have children with me... Do they need to come with me and my husband if there is an interview?

Thank you:-)

Which visa do you intend adjusting to? I saw your profile under IR-1/CR-1 (a spousal visa) but those kind visas are not adjusting after arrived in the US. Usually only K-1, K-2, and K-3 for AoS from Family Based Visas.

You should correct your profile. You did not apply for a spousal visa(IR-1/CR-1), you are apparently waiting for a K-1 visa interview in Manila, or so says another post you made in the Philippines regional forum. It would also help people to know what exactly you applied for and where you are in the process if you would fill out your timeline.

Yes, if an interview notice is sent to you and/or the K-2 children, then they will need to attend the interview. You can just follow the instructions that would be on any interview appointment notices you may receive.

K-1 is the fiance visa, IR-1/CR-1 is the spousal visa. Are you already married or not?

If you are applying for a CR-1 you don't need adjustment of status, you need removal of conditions.

CR-1 is k-1 visa

They are absolutely not the same visa types. You should research more about the immigration process you are going through.

A K-1 is a non-immigrant visa and is for a fiance(e). You must be unmarried to apply for one. A CR-1 is an immigrant visa for a spouse you have been married to already for less than 2 years.

The fiancé(e) K-1 nonimmigrant visa is for the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) of a United States (U.S.) citizen. The K-1 visa permits the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) to travel to the United States and marry his or her U.S. citizen sponsor within 90 days of arrival. The foreign-citizen will then apply for adjustment of status to a permanent resident (LPR) with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). > http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/types/family/fiance-k-1.html#1

A spouse is a legally wedded husband or wife.

The first step is to file a Petition for Alien Relative, Form I-130, with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for your spouse (husband or wife) to immigrate to the United States.

If you have been married for less than two years when your foreign citizen spouse enters the United States on an immigrant visa, his or her permanent resident status is considered “conditional.” The immigrant visa is a conditional resident (CR) visa, not an immediate relative (IR) visa. >http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/types/family/immediate-relative.html
