Short Waiting Time -- Good Sign, Or Bad?

So my husband has an F-1 visa and we got an immigration lawyer and started filing for a change to resident status (marriage based). You can see on my time line the waiting period for our interview appointment was short...

Anyway, my husband thinks a short waiting period is a bad sign. Like maybe they think bad of us or something. But I don't know. I think sometimes people just get lucky. Our lawyer says we are lucky.

What do you guys think?

Well, let's start with - it isn't short. I had interview after two months (adjusted from L-1B). Interview time depends on how busy local office is and has nothing to do with being a bad sign.

Ah ok. Thanks you guys. Matbe it just seemed short because I was hearing it takes up to a year for that. But also I guess each case is different. Ok, I will let him read these comments, maybe he will relax, lol. :)

As far as my observation, adjust of status from work, student, and tourist visas are seem quickly compare to adjust of status from family based visas (K-1,K-2, and K-3). From what I've read on Visa Journey, adjust from family based visas usually take up to a year to get approved for green card. In fact, I just saw a post a while ago that someone here is still waiting get approved for I-485 and he filed almost a year ago. That's why I kept suggesting people to post in appropriate sub-forums because many users here posted on adjust of status from family based visas even though they are adjusting from work, student, and tourist visas. That is raise confusion and sometimes jealousy because someone got approval faster than others.

This is one sample people are confused where they have posted. I already told them but some of them were still insisted. <_<
