Hello,

I'm trying to finish my DS-160 and it asks the question about entering the USA to perform skilled or unskilled labour but have not yet been certified by the Secretary of Labor. I'm unsure what to answer as I do intend to get a job there once I'm married and have gone through AOS. Can anyone please tell me which box to check?

Thanks

Say no, on a k1 visa although we do all plan to get a job eventually we are not supposed to have any plans to work yet, our sole intention for entering the USA is to marry our fiancé

It would be No. You are entering for the purpose of marrying your USC fiance(e), not for labor without authorization.
