my passport got stolen with my i 94 in it and i know i have to file the i 102 to get my information back. now can i file the i 102 form with my i 130 and i 485 at the same time or i have to file the i 102 first also i have to get a new passport from my embassy right to be able to fill the parts in the forms asking about passport information and please can someone help me post a sample of how to fill i 102

You will need to file the I-102 first. If you file an I-485 without proof of legal entry then you will be RFE'd for it, and if you cannot provide it within the RFE deadline then your I-485 will be denied, and you would likely be placed in removal proceedings shortly afterwards.

They are unlikely to care that you have filed an I-102 for a replacement I-94.

If you know some of your information you should first see if your I-94 can be retrieved online: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov
