Future problem? Please help!

I have two questions!

1.) We passed the USCIS stage...My wife's maiden name is (Mxxxx Hxxxxxx Axxxx Sxxxxxxxx) On the I-130 I put Mxxxx Hxxxxxx Sxxxxxxxx. But she signed her name with the (Axxxx) and the Marriage certificate has (Axxxx) and my last name (Dxxxxxxxx) on it. When we received the NOA@ it Says Mxxxx Hxxxxxx Sxxxxxxxx. Will there be any future problem? Can we fix it if so?

2.) I know I already asked this question. But I want to confirm that I did not work, or have any type of income for the year 2013. So I did not file taxes. I just put a 0 in most recent year, and then perhaps a letter explaining ..this is for the form I-864? I do have a co=sponsor. My sister. She fills out a I-864 as well correct?
