my case was comleted 28 MAY 2014 BY PHONE NVC

04 JUNE 2014 I receive email cc

i wait nvc to schedule my IL

but i have a pb .i have joint sponsor .i bring with me his package Aos in he date of interview at ambassy inshallah

correct me please :

joint sponsor pacakage :

  • IRS 2011/IRS2012/IRS2013
  • PAYS STUBS FROM NOVEMBER 2013 TO JUNE 2014
  • COPY OF PASSPORT
  • I864 SIGN ORIGINAL
  • SCANNED COPY OF LETTER EMPLOYMENT
  • I INCLUDE W2 2013 & PAYS STUBS TO PROOF INDIVIDUAL INCOME of my joint sponor BEACAUSE HE FILE TAX JOINTLY BUT HER WIFE DIDNT WORK HER INCOME 0$.
  • also package o f my petitionner(i864 sign Original,irs 2011/2012/2013,letter of employment).
  • i wait your answer god blee all member of VJ

wife of joint sponser must sign I-864A showing 0 income, if she had 0 income.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

wife of joint sponser must sign I-864A showing 0 income, if she had 0 income.

but her wife didnt work joint sponsor only and i have proof for income:w2 paystub

i learn in publication uscis !!!!
