Hi!!

On June 18th i put up an Online Service Request at the USCIS Website. and 2 days later(yesterday) i received a response from them:

On 06/18/2014 you, or the designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Some of the key information given to us at that time was the following:

Type of service requested:

-- Outside Normal Processing Times


The status of this service request is:

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We had to perform an additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 90 days.

Have anybody experienced anything like this? Please share

No Waiting for NOA2..I'm outside processing times... 5 months and 21 days after receiving NOA1. We filed on Dec. 19th and they received our case on Dec. 27th.

I am really sorry to hear that it is going to take up to another 90 days..................but you got to push through, no other way. My fiance and I got approved in a month but our petition never got any futher and we havent had any update on our case for over 2 months now..note that its already approved..its lost somewhere...so i can somewhat relate cuz i know that waiting AND not knowing is the worst...but hang in there...i hope it wont take 90 days, you're almost there believe that

Thanks i think i read a post before from you ...and am sorry! I hope you receive some very good news relating to your case..Hope it's not lost...I researched aout the whole 90 days,,,and soe people say it's just a COPY and PASTE thing..meaning that after 90 days, i can put up another service request The good thing is...that it states...Your case is currently under review. I don''t know just trying to see something positive

Hi ! We filed the 'out of processing time inquiry' on may 20th, and its gone more than a month now.

We got our noa1 in november and haven't heard anything. (past 7 months total)

This process is killing me, as I thought I would be over there now. I quit my job, moved out from my apartment etc. I literally have my life in suitcases just waiting for the visa to be approved. It's been over 7 months now and I don't know what to do really. We are buying a house, and I am not even there.

Any other november filers who hasn't got their noa2?

I wonder how long this process is gonna take.. I just want a date saying: this is the day you move!

Heyyy! you should fill it out again online as of now..they replied to mine in 2 days maybe you'll get lucky if you fill it out right now...yes there are Nov. filers still waiting for their NOA2..You should check the Nov/ thread...http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/469120-november-2013-tsc-filers/page-75#entry7086940

You should hang in there! You will get your approval soon but TSC is having some delays right now...the approval expectation now is between 6-9 months!! I know..it's alottt to takeee!!! Seeing a lot of recent filers getting approved before us...I will pray for you to get your approval soon!

I have gotten the same response on our case being in additional review. I am at the Nebraska Service Center PD January 16 2014 and am waiting for NOA2. I hope we all hear some good news soon!
