Hello everyone

So here's the thing.. Since last 20 fays we were trying to sign in at DS-260 page but every time it was giving an error that "information u entered doesn't match our records" .. So we were really upset and sad as we weren't getting any help neither from our embassy nor from NVC.. So today an idea clicked me.. I entered an wrong date of birth in Invoice identification number and it worked and I am able to logged in at DS-260 page.. So I want to know all of your expert opinions that even though on the appointment confirmation letter (packet 4 instructions), my correct date of birth is printed but probably in their records, they have entered my wrong date of birth as only when I use wrong Date of birth, I am.able to log on at DS-260...should I go ahead and start filling DS-260 ? Or contact the embassy and ask what they say? I just fear that if I tell this about this error, it might delay the case even more ad since last 20 days we were stuck in the error at DS260 page
