Help! RFE

An incorrect RFE? I would contact the USCIS and get a tier 2 IO on the phone to make sure they have it in the system that you do not have and RFE that was never responded to. Get that cleared up. Oh, and congrats!

Just as an update. My husband and I went to see Dr. Baltz and he and his nurse acted completely unprofessionally. Even after explaining that we only needed a flu shot because he'd already has an exam, he did the entire medical exam. I probably should've gone in with my husband but I felt like after all that explanation and providing them the vaccination record with the missing flu shot it should've been fine. After I found out they drew a lot of blood and performed unnecessary tests (my husband just assumed this was necessary), I spoke to Dr. Baltz and instead of having a conversation about the problem--he quickly raised his voice and continued yelling at me about questioning his procedure telling me that I clearly didn't know what immigration required.

Then they hit us with a $200 bill that could only be paid in cash. When we scheduled, the nurse never mentioned a cash only payment form and when I said this, she also began yelling at me saying that I just don't listen. We told them not to run the blood test and that we wouldn't be coming back to read a TB #######, because again, he didn't need any of this. And then he started talking about ordering a chest x-ray--we still have his films from his original exam.

Mistakes happen, but instead of yelling at us, insinuating that my husband was stupid to let him do the exam over, that I was irresponsible not to go into the exam with him, and that I'm too incompetent to understand what was never told to me over the phone about payment forms---there should've been a conversation about what to do next. He says he deserves to get paid for his time, but we were in there maybe 25 minutes, not even a fraction of the time it took my husband to have his original exam. And instead of discarding the blood sample and just signing the needed forms, he's going forward with sending blood to the labs. Needless to say, he didn't get paid.

DR. HORACE BALTZ and that nurse: completely unprofessional rip-off.
