While filling out the G-325A form the section for employment for the last 5 years asks for full name and address of employer. Looks like I'm not going to have enough space. Should I attach a sheet with the rest of the information for this part and staple it to the G-325A form? Can you write the employer name on one line and the address on the line below it?

You can attach a separate sheet. mention that on the cover letter.

Or, just company name, city and country works every time it's tried, really. :dancing:

Or not. My advice is only to attach an extra sheet if you have more jobs or addresses, or prior marriages, than the number of lines for them on the form. Yes, really. Works every time it's tried. Full addresses of employers will be needed for the beneficiary on the visa application later, but sometimes there's not room there either and no way to attach an extra sheet.

I thought the OP just had more employers or addresses than there were space for. My husband lived in more places for the last 5 years than there was room to put so we needed an attachment sheet for his G-325a.

Yes, you can use as many lines per employer as you wish, but again, there's no actual need for the full address. For a residence history, you must enter the complete addresses using as many lines as you need.
