Anyone with the recent experience with I-130 Expedite process? How long it takes from the time expedite process is approved till the actual approval?

Now the most important thing is to have patience, because it takes several months for the process to be approved by USCIS.

we're waiting now 4 ½ months for us and we have not received approval.

it's hard to wait, Looks like the days do not pass ..

The email that i got said WITHIN 30 days . My daughters was approved within 2 weeks. You will get an answer within 30 days if not CALL them.

It also depends on the reason for expedite.

Depends whether you're requesting at USCIS or NVC. Expedites do not carry over. At USCIS they didn't tell us we were approved for expedite, we just got the noa2. NVC we had to wait for my embassy to approve the request then my case was fowarded to them.

We got NOA2 about three weeks after requesting expedite at USCIS, but it's a bit hard to give a timeline based on our experience as we had both our expedite requests as well as several from our Representative around the same time. But the entire USCIS process was less than four months for us, so we still got out of there faster than most.

My sig should give you an idea (on my phone right now) but we didn't spend a long time at USCIS. We didn't expedite at NVC.
