Hello folks, For those who have done ROC I would like to know the the pictures we send in with the package, will they be returned to us when the process is over? I sure do not wanna loose my pics, they are some precious memories

6/29/12 AOS Package mailed Chicago Lockbox

7/01/12 Package delivered

7/09/12 NOA email notification

7/14/12 Received hard copy of NOA in the mail

7/16/12 Received biometric appointment letter for 8/01/12

7/23/12 Successful walk in Biometrics

8/15/12 Received email for interview notice

8/17/12 Received interview notice in the mail

9/10/12 EAD card ordered, (didnt get email or text checked it on USCIS website)

9/18/12 EAD card received in the mail

9/18/12 Interview done, approved on the spot!

9/19/12 Got email that approval notice was mailed out on 9/18/12

9/22/12 Received Approval notice in the mail

9/24/12 Got email that greencard was sent in the mail

9/26/12 Received greencard in the mail, thank you lord!

No photos will be returned. The instructions state that you send copies of evidence. They will not waste time and money returning documents that are considered part of your evidence. What will they have for their files? Btw, photos are on the "weak evidence" list so omitting them will solve this issue entirely. :)

I'm not on ROC yet...but maybe you could just send photocopies of the originals? You could always bring the original during the interview. Or if you have those pictures on file in your computer, just print copies. If you only have the hard copy, you could scan and print them on photo paper. Hope this helps. God bless!

I just stuck my nice photos into the copy machine and sent in the copies. That's probably the easiest way to do it. No documents of any kind are returned once submitted.

Day 0 - 2 May 2012 Mailed AOS package overnight delivery
Day 139 - 17 September 2012 Interview & APPROVED on the Spot!! :)
Day 145 - 23 September 2012 Received Green Card!

ROC - Eligible June 19 2014

Day 0 - 18 June 2014 Mailed ROC package via 2 day priority

Day 42 - 29 July 2014 Approval and Card Production Email

Day 49 - 5 August 2014 Received Green Card

My ROC was just approved (without interview)... In my package I just printed off copies of pictures on regular paper. Like others have said above, they will not send back any evidence you submit, that's why they ask for copies. Hope that helps.
