We have our k1 case still under a.p since october 2013 due tto we did nit meet income requirement and they want us to send a waiver i601. Instead of filing the waiver we decided to get married last april292014 and will file i130 this month. Is there any chance they will deny the application? What step should we do? Pls help!!!!

true that! you could have gotten maybe a joint sponsor or something. You should have check the poverty guideline before you guys did any of the process. But as of now thats not the main point anymore. Use a joint sponsor before sending out your Affidavit of support when you reach the NVC stage and check the poverty guidelines for 2014. :) its I-864p, check this out http://www.uscis.gov/i-864p

Oh and your doing the DCF, well I dont know how that really works, but I know for a fact you do need a joint sponsor if your not able to reach the minimum income.

Whatever problems stopped you with the K-1 will continue to dodge you until you deal with it.

Getting married did not elimate the K-1 problems.

Proof of domicile will be required for DCF as well.

Yes domicile in the u.s and 6months residency is not a problem. Hubby is on bb one year stay here.
