Hello everyone! Hoping i could get some help about my case status. So today, im suppose to see the iv invoiced but when i checked on the portal, it was not yet invoiced and today, to be exact completed the 20business days of patiently waiting for the iv to come up in the portal. I called NVC and was able to talk to two different agents at a different time. Called twice to reassure everything's fine but the first agent told me that my ds261 was already reviewed and will just have to wait for 30business days but the second agent told me that my ds261 is not yet been reviewed and i have to wait for another 30business days. And to add that, they were rude. Im confused. Is it 20 or 30 business days to wait for the iv? Waiting takes forever....

hi! Well, first of all your not the only one who is also having this issue with NVC, i'm one of those people too who is waiting for the IV fee but still its not generated yet. For me, as of now its useless calling nvc because they will still tell you the same thing to wait 30 business days and so. Some received the bill 33 days after sending out the DS261. When did you send out your ds-261?

And nvc as of now is really slowing down, probably because of the backlogged they got from USCIS. Im not sure but some people say they are still working on the may filers. Just sit tight, you will see that fee very soon! :)

Thanks for answering. Yea, it takes forever to wait for the iv fee to come up in the portal. First, we thought our ds261 was completed but weeks after we found out it was incompleted because nvc sent me an email due to missing docs until we were able to complete the ds 261 last may 22 to be exact. So since then we started counting for 20business dyas to wait for the iv fee and until now, it wasnt invoiced yet. Have you gotten yours already? I mean was your iv fee invoiced already? Im kinda worried our case might get delayed. And i rally hope it there's nothing to worry about.

I haven't received my IV bill yet and i'm still waiting. Its not just me, a lot of people who filed from the last week of may till the first week of june still dont have their IV bill yet. Nothing to get worried about as of now because we still belong to the normal time span they gave. All we could do is wait and hope that they will go back to there fast pace like before. :)

Just curious why you are at NVC if your beneficiary is from Philippines. Thought that expedites were almost automatic...
