I opened a "case" by contacting UStraveldocs customer service??

So, the ustraveldocs page still says "no status update" when I try to track my passport. My visa was issued on the 18th though. I went on their website and they have a customer chat which I joined to simply ask if its in the system. No one replied to the question and after 5 minutes I was directed to a page where I could leave a message with them so I did.

I still decided to call them though because I didn't get an answer right away.

The lady asked me right away if I was sponsored, I said yes, and then she was like "oh that's why I can't see anything here". She went on saying "oh you opened a case", I was totally confused and asked what she meant and she said she can't answer any questions because I wrote an email to the embassy.

I'm so confused now. First of all I thought I was talking to customer service. Secondly, what do they mean with open case? Just referring to an unanswered question? Thirdly. Did I screw anything up?

Anyone ever had experience with that?

06/21/2014 - Received Visa

06/30/2014 - US Entry :goofy:

04/28/2016 - Received I-751

05/12/2016 - Money Order Cashed

Sooooo, the status update just changed to "Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery"

Guess the call didn't hurt after all :rolleyes:

02/14/2014 - NVC Received

02/25/2014 - Received DS-261/AOS Bill

05/07/2014 – received Packet 4

06/18/2014 - Interview Date (Approved)

06/21/2014 - Received Visa

06/30/2014 - US Entry :goofy:
