No. Only income the embassy is interested in is the petitioners

This is proof showing co-mingling of financial resources.

Are you sending her money regularly thru BDO bank-to-bank deposit? If yes, then she can bring the money receipts/transactions to the interview.

My husband also sends me monthly allowances before thru PNB door-to-door before. I brought the remittance slips to my interview but the consul didn't ask for it. It depends on the consul though. I have a friend who got 221g because she didn't bring chat/email logs and money remittance slips/receipts to her interview. Better be safe than sorry.

Good luck.

Just to clarify, they just need W-2 right? Not the actual bank statements?

For the petitioner, latest (2013) income tax return plus W2. Provided of course that you meet the income requirement in the poverty guidelines.

Per embassy instructions letter - copies of the most recent tax return and W-2. Bank statements are optional and not required.
