Maybe u can ask for joins sponsor like ur mo ther /sister inlaws that has income,

My sister-in-law will be the joint sponsor. Her income is more than enough to sponsor and she filed her taxes every year. The problem is that I did not file my taxes last year so I only have 2012, 2011, 2010. My income is not as important since I will be using ALL of my sister-in-law income.

My question is, is there a sample letter or form somewhere online that I can use to draft up a letter or fill out stating the reason why I did not file my taxes for year 2013? What do other people do when they miss filing a tax for previous years?
