Hi all,

To prove US domicile, are these documents enough to prove US domicile

Steps I have taken to maintain US Domicile:

Maintained my voter registration

Maintained my bank account

Maintained my driver’s license

R they enough for domicile requirment.

You need to produce a lease or mortgage at the same address as your voter registration and bank account.

I worked out of the US while we were in process for her CR-1. I was back and forth between work outside US and my home in the US (I owned the home, but that shouldn't matter). This is not a problem for USCIS. As long as you maintain your permanent legal residence in the US with all the documents that show the address of your legal residence, you'll be fine.
