any update on your DS261, i haven't heard anything....its been 60 days and counting, called them they received my AOS and approved it!!! but not able to pay the IV fees till DS261 is approved.

I just received an email informing me it will take 60 business days to approve the DS-261

I would assume add 15 days on top of that. they are extremely back logged at the moment

I received my IV BIll payment info, do you guys know after the IV bill is paid, do we have to file DS260 or we have to wait till NVC notifies us to FILE DS 260? Please let me know.

After some time the DS 260 will become available to be filled. You can fill that out. There will be no notification, just keep checking.

What was your DS261 date? I was on June 25 and still waiting for IV to be available.

I think it was may 19 when I filled do 26th out and June 3 we men I send my aos stuff so I guess mine was long time ago it sucks but takes long time
