Visa status: A/P. just today done with my interview. Got 221g. Im worried. Im already approved right? I was required by the embassy to have my NBI having a.k.a "yula" because my birthcertificate was corrected from "yula" to "eula" wayback 2007. Im not informed on this case that i need to have my Nbi with a.k.a on my former incorrect name. Help :(

Nope not approved until all requirements met. BTW yes you were informed to do the AKA with the NBI in the embassy instructions letter. Once USEM gets the new NBI it will take a couple more weeks before you should see ISSUED.

Im just not sure how it cancelled.. I ddnt see cancel... Only after i hit it says ... Your appointment is cancelled... And my concern our petition I-129f expired pn july 18th too

Embassy will automatically extend the petition validity up to a year, so no issue there.

See u there... Hope we all will be approved:-)

No issue not having the W-2 as long as you have the 1099.

And yes the 1040 form IS the tax return.

What is CFO?

CFO info here: http://www.cfo.gov.ph/images/speeches/GCPflyer_GOAS05092014.pdf

All Filipinos exiting the country with an immigrant visa has to have the CFO sticker affixed on their passport. For IR1/CR1s, you need to go to CFO first to have your passport renewed to your married name (i.e., if you're a woman).

For CFO Manila, it's now online for pre-scheduling. Still first come, first served in CFO Cebu.
