All your answers are contained in Hank's nifty difty all in one K1 guide. Click on this link and select the tab "NVC - USEM Process" for you and walk down the list step by step and low and behold you will have your visa in hand with little or no problems.

By the way. Everything can be done online for your scheduling and such so I would leave the phone lines open to USEM for others who have larger pressing problems who are trying to contact the USEM. The whole visa process is simple and you can do it for yourself. If you have questions return here and many will help.

Send that confirmation email to your fiancee, she will need two copies for the medical and another copy for interview day.

No packet is sent out, EVERYTHING is online.

Follow the flashing arrow, then click the link for details on the complete process in Manila.

There is no fee with the I-134. There is no invoice regarding the K-1 visa.

The Affidavit of Support is the I-134, that needs to be an original signed form, then you need a copy of your most recent tax return and W-2. That is it.

Read the embassy instructions letter.

we have ours tomorrow

You mean you will be in AZ before long!!? Heat is still on...

Hey another question here. The embassy letter says my fiance must bring proof of my prior divorces. Can they be copies she brings or does the embassy want an original? Im not sure cause the embassy letter says "If applicable, official documents" Anyone know? Thanks

In my I-129F, I submitted certified copies of both my divorce decrees. At the interview, I only brought copies (not certified) of my divorce decrees.
