Wonder how DHL take so long to deliver the package. NVC said no tracking number and consulate says it could take up to 120 days for documents to travel.

I looked at the timelines, some took 3 days to arrive consulate some took over 2 months. what the hell. have anyone had their package lost during traveling between NVC and China consulate?

It can take 3 days to 1 week for the petition shipment to transit to Guangzhou, then it can sit in their store room for up 3 months. Guangzhou wont "RECEIVE" the patitions until they get around to pulling them out of storage just before they start working on them.

It looks like you are yelling at the top of your voice.

You may want to check out Candle for Love, many people there that know much about Guangzhou, and the visa process there, as well as Chinese/American relationships.

mingtauliu,

In addition, it can take weeks for the Chinese Customs house to release shipments to the recipient.
