Yes you have to list all children on all forms...it's ok if she won't be traveling, we had to do the same thing on our I-134 and my fiance received his visa last week!!!

Will the child be following to join later? If the child is not accompanying them right now, and won't be joining later either, then no. If the child will follow later, then yes.
