Good afternoon friends,

Finally, I have gathered all the resources and ready to send my I-485, I-130, I-765, and I-131.

It consists of more than 100 pages;;; along with evidence of bona fide which includes pictures (3 x 5) and my I-693 is in a sealed letter size envelope. (the kind you have to fold 2 times to fit in).

I was wondering how you guys have sent your documents.

May I use a stapler to separate each document? If not, what did you use to give sections to the documents?

Please share your brilliant ideas. Thanks in advance.

What kind of visa did you enter the US on? You say you are including the I-130, but you posted in the AOS from family-based visas, in which case you would not need the I-130.

Don't staple - someone at USCIS is going to have to undo all your staples. Use a binder clip and stick it in an envelope that is strong enough.

Hello,

Thank you for your generous reply.

I am a F-1 student. I thought AOS from family based visa would include my case in which I am getting married to an U.S. citizen. I apologize if i am at a wrong place, but ok, i knew staples were bad idea. How did you file yours?
