Hello guys, so help me understand this. I already paid my IV fee and it's been cleared. Also just mailed out the civil docs. So my question is how do I fill out the DS 260 online. Do I have to wait for NVC to enable it on my portal or I have to go dig it up somewhere. Thanks

Wait till its available on the portal. Although you can look at the screenshots on their website or on "NVC process wiki" by Saylin on this website to prepare.

3/10/2017: Filed I751 at California Service Center

3/2/2018: Filed N400 - San Antonio TX

3/14/2018: i751 Case transferred to Local Office

9/25/2018: Interview scheduled for N400, November 13th
