Finally we sent passport to the CONSULADO!!!

hi VJ MEMBERS!!!

As you know we were aproved on april 21 but the officer gave us back the passport because they didnt receive medical result.

on June 17 we receive a email telling us the !!TB negative!! THANKS GOD

today june 18 we deposited the passport in DOMEX at Santiago.

do somebody here know how long the visa will be issued? our case is in AP.

how long really the consulado take to enter the result in yo the SYSTEM?

how long more i have to wait to have my lovely man with me?

Hey us too! My fiance received the letter Friday morning and took his passport to domex in santo domingo that very same morning. Our relationship was approved on May 7th but they said they still needed to do more investigation and we were placed on AP! We were so sad but finally he took his passport. I'm also curious to know how much longer!!!!!

At least they put you on ap and they let you know why.

They approved me and took my passport , put me on ap without tell me why.

Congratssds, my fiance called today and they gave him the same answer that they send me by e-mail.

That the case is in ap that we need to wait, that on june 24 is 3 months, that it could be more than 3 months , that they cant say more information.

In others words they didnt tell him nothing.

The problem is that they dont say why is the ap

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

That is the right number, but they dont give good information. But e-mail they tell you more.

With this number only they make money.
