Hiedy and Derek live in Davao so they will leave July 6. They will complete their medicals and the CFO seminar and have a free day in between.

Then they will fly back to Manila on Aug 13 for the interview on Aug 14.

After they get their visas, they will fly to Cebu to get the CFO stickers in their visas.

Question, when we hit F5 using Internet Explorer or Chrome, after about 10 times it says "you have reached the maximum number of attempts .......please complete your transaction at this time". Once we click a couple more times it says "you have exceeded the maximum number of attempts and your account is blocked and will be reset tomorrow".

Is this new or? Now we are not sure what to do using the website. We have been calling every hour with no luck. Thanks for any help/advice and good luck to everyone.

Oh one more question for those of you who used the website to schedule, when we log in and click "continue" it always takes us to the Payment page, even though we already entered the BPI receipt number. Is that normal? Thanks in advance for any tips or advice. :)

as an advice download c4c in Firefox browser.Highlighted the whole "my dashboard"then right click to set it in 20 sec.It will reload the page.if you hear the music then it means there is available appointment at that time so click "continue" right away.you can see the calendar with the shaded date you have to click it then so on and so forth

You are hitting F5 (refreshing) on the wrong page. You need to be on your dashboard page only. If there is an available date it will show on the left side.
