i guess i am we paid visa fee after we get our MNL# when my immigration status says "Ready" i have my Medical done 2 weeks ago just wating for consular appointment right now

You are eligible once you have your MNL case number.

I want to booked an appointment too but its just 7 days now from the time the NVC case status change from "in transit" to " READY" my petitioner recieved letter from NVC dated june 11,2014... so we talked about getting my medical and paying the visa fee.. if you want to know if the USEM already recieved your physical file... just read this

from embassy: Once we receive a K nonimmigrant (fiancé) visa applicant’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)-approved visa petition (I-129F) from the State Department’s National Visa Center (NVC), the applicant will be notified in writing that he/she is eligible to be scheduled for a visa interview at the Embassy. Alternatively, if an applicant received notice from NVC that his/her case has been forwarded to Embassy Manila, the applicant may call the Immigrant Visa Unit’s inquiry line at 301-2000, extension 5184 or 5185, during regular business hours to confirm if the case has already been received by the Embassy.

Once an applicant has confirmation regarding the status of the case, he/she should visit our website (http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph) or contact the Embassy’s Visa Information and Appointment Service at (632) 982-5555 or (632) 902-8930 to schedule a visa interview appointment. I even called direct but they are telling me that nothing for K-1 during that time period that open up the slots. She told me there's opening but not for k1. I don't know.do u think there's something wrong with my profile? i haven't seen an appointment, not even once.
