Hello!

This is my first post here in the forum and I wanted to say thank you to everyone who shares information here. I find it very helpful.

I submitted my I-130 for my husband and it was received June 2nd with the required documents including the G325A's to the Chicago Locked Box. I live abroad with my husband and my NOA1 email received June 4th states we have been transferred to the California service center. We have yet to receive the hard copy in the mail. - not sure if they will send to USA address or abroad address.

Did the above people who have been approved quickly fill out/or do something special to be "auto-expidited"?

Did you submit form I-864 in your first submission? I did not, I didn't know it was an option but I have seen some other timelines stating they submitted everything all at once.

Thank you for taking the time to help me understand!

Hopefully you didn't include a US address.

No you do not send the I-864 with the petition.

You really don't need the NOA1 hard copy for much to be honest either. The email with the case number is sufficient to check your case online or by calling the USCIS.

Thank you so much for your comment!!! Why its not a good idea to include a US address? I thought for mailing purposes it will be faster and more reliable to receive mail in the USA rather than my location abroad.

Thanks!

Thanks!

People who had their petitions automatically fast tracked only used an abroad address on all forms.
