You posted in the AoS board, so it wasn't clear what you were asking or why.

If your RoC application gets to USCIS before your 90 day window opens then it will be rejected and returned to you.

lol I also did that and it was rejected and returned to us even just few days difference to my 90 day window.

We JUST got my wife's greencard, and at our interview what they told us was to be absolutely sure not to file before the 90 day window, but to file as soon as we were legally eligible. She also told us that the NOA you receive showing you have filed your removal of conditions acts as an extension to the greencard and that we shouldn't expect to get the ROC before the greencard expires.

I mailed ours at 88 days before her 2 year GC expired or 2 days after the 90 day window opened. Once you get the extension letter it really does not matter unless they take a year and you are forced to file for naturalization to get them to work on the ROC.

The earliest I would send it would be on the 90 day, but that is me.
