If you filed an I-130 for your spouse can go to https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/ProcTimes.do to learn the average processing time. Surprised they sent you to Nebraska, where you live, really really slow out there.

Hi, unfortunately we all had to go through this stressing and long process. it took me 9 months to get my NOA2 and I got my visa in 13 months.
Unfortunately we can't say why it goes faster for someone and slower for someone else, all I can say is that you'll have to be patient and focus on the positive things. I know it's hard, I've been there. Your time will come :)

Good luck with your journey

Giovanna
