Hiya just need a little clarifaction here, Me fiancee have read all the instructions, our interview date is July 1, I pretty much got the first two about biographic page and the visa photos, question I have is about is these 3...

D. Visa interview appointment letter from the embassy or instruction letter from the NVC.

Is this my visa interview appointment that made online, or do I also need the letter that embassy sent to us saying or eligible for interview and medical do I need both of these

It refers to the APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION (with the same-worded header) after you have scheduled your appointment online. Bring the NVC letter (containing your MNL# info) as well. Some did their medical using either of these 2 (along with the other requirements listed in slec.ph).

Edit: The embassy instructions won't be needed for the medical or during the interview.

Being that you have an interview date bring two copies of the confirmation page of that email/letter. Don't need anything from NVC if you have the interview confirmation from the embassy.
