IV Invoice

I paid my AOS fee on June 3rd, 2014 - and sent in my AOS package a few days later. My IV invoice has still not

been billed (it shows up as $0). Does anyone know when I will be able to pay this??!

We are on the same page. The IV Invoice will be available in 30 working days. So for now we are going to patiently wait for that invoice to appear.

About 4 weeks after submission of DS-261 you should be invoiced for IV bill.

about 5 days after the DS-261 is added to the casefile.

So - if you want to chase something at NVC - call in - get a supervisor, and ask when the DS-261 was added/is to be added to the casefile.

AOS and IV are seperate, parallel paths. IV Path starts ONLY when the DS-261 is processed (or if a G-28 was filed with the I-130, both start at same time)

I'd paid AOS fee on 05292014 and mailed AOS packet on 06042014. IV fee hasn't been invoiced yet. So I guess we all just have to wait.

no status on DS-261 added to the casefile? AOS action/movement not related or connected to IV action/movement.
