Supporting Documents for the DS-260 for NVC Case Number

Thanks in advance for your time.

I submitted online my DS 260 in May 2014 but I didn't send any supporting docs to NVC , I am here in Pakistan , should I parcel these information to NVC or I have to wait from them .Please guide me what I have to do now . Either I have to submit these details to NVC or send these docs to my brother in US and he will parcel to NVC.. My elder brother who is US citizen is file I-864 and parcel to NVC 10 dayes before, but he didn't email the scan copy of I-864 , Please guide can we email the scan I-864 also. My petitioner is my father.

● IV bar-coded cover sheet
● Two (2) passport-size photographs of beneficiary (case number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)
● Photocopy of the biographic data page of beneficiary’s passport
● Certified copy of the birth certificate of beneficiary
● Certified copy of the marriage certificate
● Original police clearance certificate

You can send the documents directly but remember to attach the coversheet !you should send them already when you filled the ds-260 form between I didn't understand what you meant by the second part of your statement.

I-864 must be filled by the petitioner! if he doesn't have enough income you will need a joint sponsor! just been through this situation!

Yes my father and brother both filled the I-864, Second part is the detail which I think have to submit these documents to NVC , One more thing either my brother have to scan I-864 and email all forms and documents to nvcelectronic@state.gov.

One more thing to share the petitioner my father is dependent of my brother and both file the I-864. My brother is also US citizen and he attached his last three years Tax returns also, DID he has to attach the US Citizenship documents or others ?

just a copy of his passport and no need to email them just take the confirmation page of ds260 to the interview

P.S electronic facility is not available for ISL cases

yes your wife and children are included in this category!

have you mentioned them on ds260 ? and what is this the age of children? if they are above 21 now, cspa may apply, you have to write a written statement too if that is the case( I think its getting complicated, just collect theses documents that you mentioned and send them)

Yes I have 3 kids and eldest is 15 years old , and I fill all my family members ds260 !
