please advise/my wife is australian citizen but she was born in china, which Embassy and Consulate consulate for her visa interview

HI, My wife is currently living in china, she is holding Australia passport, she was born in china, she went to Melbourne for college when she was 20, and her company sent her back to work in china 5 years ago, (that was when i met her), i am petitioner ,me just confused which Embassy will be for her interview? please kindly advise!!

May 19 2012--- Got married in Shanghai China

USCIS
Oct 9 2013 --- i-130 sent.
Oct 11 2013 ---- Piority date
Oct 17 2013. ----NOA1 Receipt
Mar 18 2014. ---- petition was transfered to Texas
May 27 2014 ---- NOA2 approval
May 29 2014---- NOA2 hard copy received.


NVC
May 29 2014. --- case shipped to NVC
June 6 2014. --- case arrived at NVC
June 26 2014. - ---- Case number Assigned (found out by calling NVC)
June 26 2014.-------DS-261 and AOS bill received, filled and pay
June 30 2014. ---- AOS showed as PAID
June 27 2014. ---- AOS package shipped to NVC
July 8 2014 --- AOS received (told by NVC rep thr phone call on July 9)

it's usually the country of legal residence.

so if you study the G-325-A on your wife - you can have some idea.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
