for the medical:

How long should a person go before the interview?

how long do the results take to come in?

do we need to take any form with us?

we just got dates for this week and feel its close and my fiancé is not able to get time off work to do this since he is working far. Does the embassy allow us to extend the dates if we need more time to schedule the interview, to get from work off?

You CHOOSE the interview date online, so you can make it later if you wish. After you have the interview date, you contact Dr Cheema (your fiance(e) is in Vancouver, correct?) and they will schedule the medical according to the interview (probably 2 or 3 days before).
